When I came in to Sands Chevrolet I was greeted immediately which I live very much. I don't like coming into a business where I have to walk around for 10 mins to be noticed or helped. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Which is nice when making a large long-term purchase. Charles was very informed and able to answer all of my questions with ease. He has a great personality and very fun to talk to. He could tell right off the bat that I was unsure if I wanted to make a purchase so he did not push me into something I might not need. He took me around and let me look at many different types of cars answering my tedious questions of gas mileage, cost, safety rating, maintenance costs and of course whether or not he thought I looked cool in it. Haha. I did not make a purchase that day but I will definitely be back to talk to Charles when I decide to make a decision. All in all I had a very good experience with Charles and sands dealership, I am pretty confident I will make my purchase there and many more to come over the years.
