We love Sands Glendale and Dave Kissell. Or financial manager, Derrick, was also exceptional considering that we came in pre-approved at a specific interest rate, and he came back within 24 hours with a rate so good that our pre-approval was found to be a waste of time. We went with Derrick's recommendation and saved hundreds of dollars and received much more coverage and an exceptional financial institution for our loan (it should be noted that Derrick and Kyle maintained communications throughout this entire process- talk about team work-each one answered our questions). Though only their names were mention, several other employee's also made contact with us to ensure that we were treated properly - from the receptionist, other sales people and managers. We went in to just look at used vehicles. I had owned a PT Cruiser since 2003 and loved it until I saw the new Cruise ride by. I did some research on it and liked what i found.
