Waste of time and very unprofessional I submitted paperwork around 72 hours before I came down. They processed and said come down. I went for used but was pressured to get into new. I paid a small down payment and around 8pm left to return with full coverage and a AZ DL. So I returned and they stated the bank wouldn't do it without my AZ DL card. If this is totally required, (which its not), they should have stopped all money transactions and paperwork until that card was presented. Then they sent me to the buy here, pay here, used car area of Sands. I chatted with a Sammy, he would process my app and touch bases the next business day. I called the next day and spoke with Emerson, I asked for a update with my app and then informed him that I had found something and I would like my refund credited to my original payment. Emerson said they would call back within 2hours. I got a call 2 hours later from disrespectful, unprofessional guy named Sammy, he stated they couldn't get me a vehicle, I said that's fine. I asked about my money and he said they will send me a check and I said no check, please credit me in the original payment method, you just can't do that. He then said, yes I can, I can do what I want. I was at my job so I dropped the situation and said thank you. Anyway this was Wed and no check as of Sat. Just a waste of tone. Anyway I got a 2015 Jeep from Town n County in Mesa. Great, smooth, respectable, professional experience. More
