By Far best car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking all over for the right Suburban and The GM Mashall found it for me and I asked how much it was going to cost to the penny because I did I was looking all over for the right Suburban and The GM Mashall found it for me and I asked how much it was going to cost to the penny because I did not want to be at the dealership all day. I got to the dealership and Art was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and knew the vehicle inside and out as well as all of the electronic features. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and then learning the vehicle was about 30 min but Art wanted to make sure that I understood the entire vehicle. More

Average experience Melissa was a great help in quickly having my 07 Tahoe schedule for service and my SUV was only in the shop for a day. I have been to other dealerships for vehicle service before and even though I was satisfied with Sands I must say I was hoping for a little more. The worked performed was done correctly and fast garbage and trash that was under the seat was left everywhere and I would have thought the service techs could have spent 3 minutes brushing that out so it would not have look so bad. The rest of the inside was vacuumed prior to me bringing it there so when these items were exposed it just look unpleasant. Also, most dealerships I take me vehicles to offer a complimentary was, but Sands did not and my ticket was well over $1,300. Last, I was told that the stabilizer bar was loose and it wasn't covered under warranty and since I did not want to be charge hundreds of dollars to have the techs tighten it I decided I would do it myself, but for something as little as that I would have thought that the techs would just have tightened the part themselves since it do not involve replacing anything and tool me a few minutes to do it myself. More

Purchased a new truck I wanted to purchase a new truck and after driving a dodge for the pass 14 years I wanted to talk to someone who could convince me that a chevrolet wa I wanted to purchase a new truck and after driving a dodge for the pass 14 years I wanted to talk to someone who could convince me that a chevrolet was a better truck, I called sands in Glendale and spoke to Chris Allgeyer and he convince me to come test drive the new 1500 Crew Cab, well I purchased the LTZ model and let me tell you I love my truck. After my purchase Chris was just as happy as I was and took the time to show me how to work everything inside my truck so of 10/27/16 I will always be a part of the Sands Chevrolet Family. I will tell anyone who is looking to purchase a new Chev truck to go to Sands Chevrolet first there's no sales pressure and the price is the lowest in town. More

Happy Customer I went to Sand's Chev. for an issue with my Chevy 2500 Silverado. It was in my opinion a manufacturing issue. I spoke with Matthew Miller and he wa I went to Sand's Chev. for an issue with my Chevy 2500 Silverado. It was in my opinion a manufacturing issue. I spoke with Matthew Miller and he was receptive to me. He then followed up with his Manager and contacted GMC. With his help Chevy agreed to repair the problem at their cost. Matthew also arranged a P/U for me to use while repairs were made. I travel around the country with my RV and have been to multiple dealerships. The service has been awesome at all. I am so glad I bought a Chevy with their great customer service. Thank You Very Much Chevrolet and Sand's. Merry Christmas. More
