Bad care, with a saving grace of a manager They lied at initial purchase about a brand new battery, which it turns out wasn't new at all. When the battery died, it was still under warranty, unf They lied at initial purchase about a brand new battery, which it turns out wasn't new at all. When the battery died, it was still under warranty, unfortunately that little lie turned into a several hour long issue. Fortunately for both parties, Rhonda the customer Service and It manager is amazing. She found out about our problems and fixed them rapidly. Due to the 10 minute wait in the service center just to have someone even talk to us, then the dismissal of our complaints without raising it to a higher position for resolution, keeps the rating at 2 stars. There were several redeeming employees, Rhonda and the gentlemen working the service desk who went above and beyond to help us. Approach with caution, and make sure everything is in paper. More
