Recall notice Received a recall notice from GM in the mail, took a chance on an unscheduled visit to correct the issue. Arrived about 8 AM, my service writer got m Received a recall notice from GM in the mail, took a chance on an unscheduled visit to correct the issue. Arrived about 8 AM, my service writer got me right in to the flow, so I relaxed with a cup of free coffee and the nice lounge area. I opted out of the free wash due to the fact it causes rain to fall, lol. After about an hour of chatting with fellow customers and sales reps (some of whom have become friends) my service writer called me up to pick up my finished vehicle. Faster than I deserved, since I didn't have an appointment, but who is complaining. Sands always takes good care of me and my Chevy!!!! More
