One good experience brought us back for another. We purchased a vehicle in 2011 from Sands/Glendale from Art Cervantes and had exceptional service and a great deal then so when we decided to purchase We purchased a vehicle in 2011 from Sands/Glendale from Art Cervantes and had exceptional service and a great deal then so when we decided to purchase another vehicle we came back to Sands and Art. We were treated respectfully by everyone at the dealership, even meeting the owner. Once again we got a great deal and Art even made us aware of a promotion through Costco that made the deal even better. Sands/Glendale is a clean, comfortable showroom and the people are friendly and helpful. Excellent Experience! Sands Chevrolet Glendale's Carlos Valenzuela, our salesman was awesome, he was very polite, informed, professional and sincerely down-to-Earth. He was as concerned about our financial situation as we were, trying to make the best deal possible for both parties. Our finance man, Maddy provided us with an opportunity at the very last minute that made the purchase more beneficial and supportive of our finances. Our experience would not have been as enjoyable if it had not been for Carlos' common sense understanding and support. Not only that, but Carlos even detailed our car himself because the other workers had already gone home, while we were still working on our financial closing. My wife and I took advantage of the available internet preview of the vehicle(s) we were interested in, and their website even advised what documentation to bring to help make the sale smoother. This was the best dealer experience we have had in over 20 years of car buying. Nissan and Earnhardt were so harsh an experience compared to working with Carlos, Chris, and Maddy. Thanks so much guys. Thanks for that first round of petro. You guys under promised and over performed. Wow! More

Very unprofessional service. I feel cheated. Extremely disappointed. I was provided false information about the vehicle and cost. Firstly, I was told that the vehicle has Navigation on it (i Extremely disappointed. I was provided false information about the vehicle and cost. Firstly, I was told that the vehicle has Navigation on it (it was also advertised on the website falsely as an upgraded model (I even have a screenshot of the advertisement to prove my point). However, after purchasing the vehicle I found the model of the car was not the one promised. In-fact, it is the one below that. It is not the trim with navigation on it but only with Rear Entertainment System and it is cheaper than the navigation model. My Second concern is about the attention your team pays while talking to customers. I asked to explain the breakup of the cost items provided on the bill. While explaining, Jose told me that one particular item on the bill was because I am given 3 years warranty on this vehicle. I told him that I really want the warranty because the second owner of this vehicle is selling it only in 4 months and I suspect there could be a major problem with it. This was a key condition that enabled me to make the decision. But after I was done with all paper work I was told that there is no such warranty on it and I will have to buy it separately. So finally I had to add the warranty and the vehicle that I was initially sold for 1950 USD, finally cost me 25,000+!!! My third concern is, I was given a broken key for the vehicle and I was told the second key would arrive in my mailbox. However, later I found that there will be no separate key and I will have to get another key from Honda because it is a used vehicle. Now, Jason has ordered a key case for me so that I can fix the broken key. I spoke to Jason (Manager) about these concerns but he said he cannot do anything because the deal is in bank now. He cannot give me any refund or compensation for the false promises also. To my surprise, he even said to me that it is my fault that I did not understand the difference between a NAVIGATION-READY and WITH-NAVIGATION CAR. According to him the car is Navigation Ready because I can pair it with my phone via Bluetooth, and after that, the navigation is visible on Phone screen but the navigation sound instructions are heard from the car speakers (which according to Jason is Navigation Ready car's feature). To me, it is like a Joke!! This transaction has changed my perception of Chevrolet and purchasing a car with renowned dealers like Sands Chevy. Everyone here tried to sell the car ASAP, without any care of customer's requirements or concerns or future relationship. I will never recommend anyone to go for. More
