railroaded I was paying $430. a month on my old 2012 Malibu. On the phone your dealer told me he could put me in a new Malibu. with no money down. My 2012 had A I was paying $430. a month on my old 2012 Malibu. On the phone your dealer told me he could put me in a new Malibu. with no money down. My 2012 had A/C problems and that is why I went to your dealership. Once there he comes out with I don't qualify for a new Malibu. Then The dealers manager took over the deal saying if I wanted to stay with both cars. Cause Sands didn't want the 2012. I didn't want two car loans so I declined the offer. Later the manager comes out with this big truck and says he could do this truck with no money down. I asked him what the payment would be and he told me $545.00 a month. That was a little high but I could cover the payment with no problem. When I went to see the finance guy Matty. He told me that the payment would be $630.00 a month. That was a too high, but again I said ok. I went home with a negative feeling and I could have kicked myself in the butt for that deal. But it was already done. Matt called me a week later and told me that I had to go sign the contract again.So I went to go sign. After we finished signing I asked him if he was able to bring the payment down. He told me NO and that in fact the payment went up to $ 750.00 dollars a month. I couldn't believe what he said. and he knew I was very IRRITATED. Then he said Hey Buddy I didn't make the deal with you so don't be mad at me. I asked him if I could decline the truck he told me it was a done deal can't do nothing anymore. the truck is mine. He told me. Then he said look make 3 on time payments don't be late ,then bring it back and we'll see what we can do. I would have respected the manager more if he would have told me he could'nt help me. I am still waiting on the extra key and owners manual.I'll need those when I go trade this monster in, to a dealership thats on the level with people and not there to make a quick sale. More
