On 3/11/2014 I brought in my 2005 GMC 2500HD Dura-max Diesel to Brian Appleton, which he came highly recommended for his knowledge, experience and customer service experience. My truck had some strange t Diesel to Brian Appleton, which he came highly recommended for his knowledge, experience and customer service experience. My truck had some strange things occur when shifting into gears. He was very intuitive to my concerns and that I expressed to him that I have had terrible experience with previous other service departments from other dealerships. He re-assured me not to worry, I will earn your trust and show that we are the best with our customer care, concerns and the repair of your vehicle. I mentioned to him that this truck is my baby and it is just like taking her to the hospital. He continued to reassure me you brought your vehicle to the right place. To my surprise I am blown away of the overall service I received not only was his word true and the Awesome customer service and the great service I received from the tech / mechanic that work on my truck which I meet in person. Turned out that my issue had nothing to do with the transmission, but rather an ignition switch that went bad, which I had them replace. Brian also mentioned to me some other areas of concerns that I was not aware that will need some attention to in the near future with my truck. Thank You so much Brian your are Awesome to work with.
