I'm from out of state they asked if I was tagging it in Oklahoma i said yes was told they would send the paperwork there then when I went to tag it they didn't send it to Oklahoma az has 90 day g Oklahoma i said yes was told they would send the paperwork there then when I went to tag it they didn't send it to Oklahoma az has 90 day grace and Oklahoma only has 60 days so now I'm fixing to have to pay a penalty if az doesn't get my paperwork to ok in the next few days the dealership should have told me I would have to transfer it to Oklahoma but they didn't called ur dealership and they wasn't any help I guess its because u done made the sale now we will address the deal for the truck went to sale my 24 Colorado to the dealership and they wanted to sale me a new truck but u didn't have wat I wanted on the lot so they wanted me to sign a paper to get a truck from a different dealership of which I did like a idiot but they said I different have to buy it if I didn't want it when it got there and on top of that they wanted to keep my truck which was payed off and then they had the xxxxx to ask me to pay some down on a truck they said I wasn't obligated to buy if I didn't like so now looking back on how all this has went down I should have told them to get xxxxed so don't bother contacting me about this the only good experience I had with ur dealership was with the salesman More

I needed a new starter. THAT'S all. The part is $75 - $100 by the most expensive retailers. I paid over $1100 to get my starter replaced. They charged me one thousand dollar THAT'S all. I purchased a 2024 Silverado LTZ four-wheel-drive from this dealership. The sales was excellent as I stated in my past reviews. Today I needed to get an oil change done since I live in Wickenburg and I ha this dealership. The sales was excellent as I stated in my past reviews. Today I needed to get an oil change done since I live in Wickenburg and I have to be in surprise. I was told that you could drop in anytime and we will do the oil change for free. When I got to the dealership first off, no one would come out to greet me. So I went inside and ask them if I can get an oil change and I did not have an appointment. The young lady said don’t problem. She asked one person if she would help you she said no I’m busy as the second person if he would help no I’m busy third person he said yes I would help you. When I told him I need to get an oil change, he asked if I had an appointment I said no he says well we don’t have time today. It’s an oil change. It takes 20 minutes to do an oil change and there was no one there in the drive at that time. Being frustrated that I drove from Wickenburg to get this done. I get turned away because it happened to be free. He said well I could fit you in ( Thursday) I told him that’s not gonna work. I told him forget about it. I will find somebody else to do my oil change and I promised I was going to leave a review. You seem to be good about taking $60,000 of my money to make a sale, but you don’t have the time or the correct attitude to take care of a customer that lives far away. You’re not about to tell me that you did not have time to do the oil change since it was around 11 o’clock in the morning. I can take my other car to a dealership and get an oil change done since it’s only 15 to 20 minute wait maybe an hour. You people are disgusting how you treat your service customers. You don’t seem to care one bit about their time only about fitting your time. I was in the car business for finance and service and sales and I would never put my self before my customer. Customers come first no matter what especially when they are a far distance away. Word-of-mouth and social media is your best advertisement More
