Ridiculous I brought a brand-new 2015 Chevy Camaro SS in for squeaky brakes. When I arrived at San Chevrolet service center I met the service manager Steve Bul I brought a brand-new 2015 Chevy Camaro SS in for squeaky brakes. When I arrived at San Chevrolet service center I met the service manager Steve Bullock and we went for a ride in my car so he could hear the brakes squeaking. Steve acknowledged he definitely heard the brakes squeaking. They kept my car overnight and the next day Brian Abbott A service advisor called me and told me there is nothing they can do for my squeaky brakes. He referred to a A bulletin put out by General Motors referencing squeaky brakes. The bulletin stated if a customer complains about squeaky or noisy brakes not to replace the pads. I then asked to speak to Steve the service manager Brian said there is no need to there's nothing he can do. I picked up my car and asked who else could I speak to they told me at this point all you can do is talk to General Motors. They sent me away with squeaky brakes! Keep in mind I just bought a brand-new 2015 Chevy Camaro SS and I spent $45,000 on it. I put several phone calls into Derek Haddad the director of service. Needless to say he never returned my phone call. This is a pathetic display of customer service coming from the head of service Derek Haddad.I would never recommend SandsChevrolet service center in surprise to anyone! That being said I would highly recommend buying a Ford over Chevy any day.. That being said I would highly recommend buying it for over a Chevy any day. Derek my name is Bill Atwell and I would like for you to make this reckless experience from your service center team right. That means whatever you need to do to make my brand-new car with squeaky brakes stop squeaking then you need to do that I don't care if you need to replace the brake system with something different. I want my brand-new $45,000 car to stop squeaking! More

COMPLETELY SATISFIED I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE SERVICE PERSONAL WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. I ATTENDED THE FACILITY ON WADDELL ROAD SURPRISE AZ., WHICH WAS VERY EASY TO I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE SERVICE PERSONAL WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. I ATTENDED THE FACILITY ON WADDELL ROAD SURPRISE AZ., WHICH WAS VERY EASY TO LOCATE, AND LOTS OF ROOM TO GET AROUND. A SERVICE MAN WAS AT MY CAR WHEN I STOPPED. HE WAS CLEAN AND POLITE AND ASKED ME ABOUT MY SERVICE AND I TOLD HIM I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. HE GOT ALL THE INFORMATION IN QUICK AND EFFICIENT MANNER. TOOK ME TO THE WAITING AREA AND SHOWED ME THE COFFEE ROOM. HE TOLD ME HOW LONG I WOULD BE. THE SHOWROOM IS FULL OF CLASSIC CARS, 50'S 60'S 70'S CORVETTES MID 50'S CHEVYS AND SOME NEW CAMARO'S AND CORVETTES. SO FOR ME THE TIME WENT BY FAST. THE SERVICE WAS DONE, THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO ME WASHED AND READY TO GO IN THE TIME I WAS TOLD. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HAD BEEN DONE PLUS MORE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. More

great experience. My new Impala had a lot of vibration from the tires. Jake at Sands talked me through the process to discover the problem by driving 1000 miles.
