Jonathan was very attentive, friendly, and willing to help. I liked his relaxed attitude and non-aggressive sales techniques. Salesmen who are pushy, tend to drive my business elsewhere. Salesman was excellent and worked for us to get a goo deal. The finance guy was very rude and would not answer questions I asked him. I purchased because I was already there 3 hours and I liked the sales deal. The finance guy was very rude and would not answer questions I asked him. My experience with Erin Morgan was great!!!!!!!!!. Waited and hour to see a vehicle that had been advertised for a month, and was told was there when we called before driving to dealership, that was not there. Waste of time getting the "it must be in recondi for a month, and was told was there when we called before driving to dealership, that was not there. Waste of time getting the "it must be in reconditioning" story once we arrived for 30 minutes, then we were turned over to another sales person. The new sales manager started all over again......bottom line don't waste your or your families time with these folks. More

I would not tell anybody to go there.i bought a 2005 suv the price was ok,but I was told one monthly payment and by the time I signed it was bigger.they told me that they were going to get my payments lower the price was ok,but I was told one monthly payment and by the time I signed it was bigger.they told me that they were going to get my payments lowered and I would come in the next day to sign.well the next day the payments grew by about 75 dollars.i told them I could not afford that but to late.i had already signed the papers . they did give me a free key chain so I should be happy. Erin was by far the best salesperson I have experienced. I went to four Chevy dealers looking for "The Vehicle", Erin was the ONLY one who actually listened to what I was looking for. The others wanted to tell me their life stories and not sell me a car! I am recommending herto all my friends! Oh, I was out with my wife on her birthday dinner and we were discussing the potential new Traverse. I called Erin at 7:30 pm on a Friday, she answered the phone and our questions! 15 hours later, we were signing for a new car! More

I came in to Sands with my research in hand ready for a big fight, to make sure I got the best deal. Well, there was no fight.
