I purchased a Chevy CRUZE on 12/19, Sales staff didn’t know their own inventory or deals they were offering on their own website. There was a companywide meeting for all employees so the sales process too know their own inventory or deals they were offering on their own website. There was a companywide meeting for all employees so the sales process took 4 hours instead of 1. (management wasn’t available to close / authorize the deal) I knew what I wanted walking into the dealership, reviewed their online inventory and deals they were offering, all in all the sales experience was 3 out of 5 stars because it took to long and it was ridiculous to me that the customer had to wait thru managements meetings, I would have been glad to just come back another day when I didn’t have to wait around. My REAL complaint right now is that today is 2/20/13, 60 days after signing and I still don’t have my license plates! Or anything from Ally financial stating that the deal was approved and closed and please send payment on xx/xx/xxxx. We had to go in and RESIGN our finance papers TWICE. (TOTAL OF 3 TIMES). You can never get a hold of anyone in the finance department by phone or email. (I have emailed the director TWICE) never have heard a word back. The receptionist that answers the phone is NOT customer oriented, you ask for finance and she will keep transferring you to the same place ALL DAY and the phone just rings and rings and rings IF YOU LET HER, or you can ask her to take a message, but you would think she would have a clue not to keep transferring you to the same dead end over and over again. I had my reservations about stepping foot on a Sand’s dealership after a bad experience at their Glendale location 13 years ago. I should have listened to my inner voice and taken my business elsewhere, what a PITA! I don’t know if my vehicle is even registered yet or financed for that matter. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox from Sands Chevrolet in Surprise . Adam Marinaccio was the sales staff that assisted me throughout the purchase process. I have to tell you how pleasant t Chevrolet in Surprise . Adam Marinaccio was the sales staff that assisted me throughout the purchase process. I have to tell you how pleasant this vehicle purchasing experience was. I had been to four (4) other Valley car dealerships in the previous three weeks and all those experiences were atrocious. The staff was condescending to me; tried to intimidate me and high pressure me into purchasing a vehicle they had available to sell vs selling me the vehicle that I wanted. My experience at Sands Chevrolet was completely different thanks to Adam. From the moment he greeted me in the showroom, Adam was respectful without being condescending. He afforded me all the time I needed in order select the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He fully explained all the details and operations of the Chevrolet Equinox before we went out for a test drive. When I explained that I needed specific options on the vehicle, he made sure that those options were available and never trivialized my needs and/or wants regarding vehicle options. When we finally discussed purchase price, he was willing to work with me and within my budget. He explained all the opportunities available to me regarding purchasing and financing. We came to a mutually beneficial purchase price. Adam was attentive and respectful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured, manipulated or abandoned. Since I had driven to the dealership in a vehicle that I was not trading in, getting my new vehicle home that night could have been problematic for me. Adam took care of me on that issue as well. He followed me home in my new vehicle and had someone else follow him so they could drive back to the dealership together after delivering me safely to my home with my new vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Sands Chevrolet, Adam Marinaccio and my vehicle purchasing experience. I have already told several of my friends and coworkers about this great experience and I will continue to do so. Thank you to Adam and Sands Chevrolet for being a customer friendly dealership.
