Took my 2018 Colorado in to fix a transmission shudder, which is a known problem for many GM models in the 2017 to 2019 model years. I had the GM service bulletin pertaining to this problem with me. It reads, “if the customer complains of the shudder condition, no diagnosis is necessary. Perform transmission fluid flush.” After a 14 mile test drive, I was told what I was feeling was my tires. When I told the service rep if it were my tires, it would be constant and not intermittent. He gave me some excuse about centrifugal force. xx.
