oil change Ken, the man I worked with was great. He even offered to wash my car which was greatly appreciated. On my last vist on which I also had a oil change Ken, the man I worked with was great. On my last vist on which I also had a oil change was in August the salesman I worked with then never offered me a car wash and I had also had a wheel alignment and balance which I guess was recommended I had 17,000 miles on my car at that time and this time to Kent told me that I needed air filter if 50000 miles and I'm kind of wondering why the other salesmen didn't mention that at my other visit. I was disappointed at that last visit in August because of that so now I have to plan on another trip in to get the air filter changed which I didn't have done this time because I wasn't planning on the cost thank you More

I'm not sure how to react My wife called on Saturday and spoke with Victor to schedule an oil change and car wash for her car for Monday. Appointment was scheduled for 7:30am M My wife called on Saturday and spoke with Victor to schedule an oil change and car wash for her car for Monday. Appointment was scheduled for 7:30am Monday morning. I got there around 7:15 and the appointment never made it into the computer. Victor said he would get it taken care of though. I waited till 9:45 before the car was done. I got out to my car and it was still dirty. Whatever, I had things to do so I just left. Just seemed like the service department wasn't very organized in general. More
