Always Great Service ! I was always reluctant to take my vehicles back to a Dealer as I believed they were more expensive and slow to have the work performed. However, afte I was always reluctant to take my vehicles back to a Dealer as I believed they were more expensive and slow to have the work performed. However, after moving into our new home in 2010, and having Sands Chevrolet close to our home, I thought I'd give them a try. To my surprise and delight I found their service department staffed with very knowledgeable and friendly people. I further found their work to be excellent, and very competitive. Jake Friedberg is the best - most competent, knowledgeable, and friendly service advisor/technician I have ever encountered. And in over 55+ years of driving, this dealership is the best. Not only are they better than other Chevrolet dealers, but better than BMW, Ford and Cadillac dealers that I have been to here in the Valley. I will continue to have our vehicle serviced only here at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise. More

I'm back to using the dealership for service. 3 years ago I moved to Waddell and reluctantly used Sands Chevy since they were close. After a few bad experiences with ... Due to not being able to get to my other service station on Bell (destruction) road, I once again reluctantly tried Sands Chevy in Surprise. This time, I got Jake for a service advisor and couldn't be happier. He listened to what I needed done and DID NOT try to up sell me. He told me what services would be needed soon and what I could wait on. I really appreciated that! When I did get those needed services done, without me asking, he gave me a loner car. That was a relief because I still needed to get to work. The work was done for the price quoted and ready when promised. I'm glad I came back! More

Chevy Colorado Upgrades Brought my vehicle in to have a spray-in bed liner and hard-top cover for my new Chevy Colorado. Bryan was very attentive to my needs and coordinated Brought my vehicle in to have a spray-in bed liner and hard-top cover for my new Chevy Colorado. Bryan was very attentive to my needs and coordinated for me to have a loan vehicle for the time it took to complete the upgrades. Additionally, after I turned in the loan vehicle, I discovered that I may have left my garage door opener behind. No problem, one call to Bryan and he was quick to check the vehicle and to call me back to report that he had found the opener and he would maintain possession of it until I arrived to pick it up. This is the second time I have had Bryan for service. He is always friendly, courteous, professional and spot-on with the information he provides to me. I have never experienced a "cringe factor" with this dealership's service department. Without a doubt this is the best service department I have ever dealt with in my many years of owning an automobile. More
