I delt with Andy to have some warranty work and an oil change and needed a loaner for my wife as we both work full time. This dealership is nothing but dishonest money hungry individuals! They are only wanting to make a dollar and not tend to customers needs. I brought my car here and once I brought it I mentioned the alignment seemed off and they assured me it was nothing. I take my car to get serviced and of course what so they say..my alignment is off!! I stated my concern about when I first purchased the car and they said they wouldn't cover the costs and that anything could cause the alignment to get off..but didn't I say that when I brought it! The customer service is horrible!! Another experience when my husband too his truck to get an oil change they didn't tighten all the clamps and it was leaking oil which we didn't know until we were thousands of miles out of tow . They hire idiots to work their who are very inexperienced and have no customer relations experience!! DO NOT give them any business unless you don't care to get cheated!!! More

The Service manager was rude, the service cost 4 times what it was supost to. Was told by the service manager, Next time you bring in your own parts and we will preform the service at the est cost. hi their whenever i go to this dealership to get my cars services, i have the worse service around. The quality of the work is terriable . Also when if you are looking for new feautures to the car they do an awesome job at it with dents and scratches. I wonder how many other people they sucker . The service advisor is great and a pleasure to do business with. Regarding the price and the service received, I have no idea if is fair. I have not shopped the price/cost with anyone else. I think it is a fair price if everything offered with the service is provided. This of course I have no way to be sure. It did include a vehicle wash which I feel was not as good as it should have been. If everything else offered with this service was completed than I feel it is a good price. More

I went into the dealership for a oil change last Saturday I went into the dealership for a oil change last Saturday morning. I waited for two hours and Service Advisor stated that my car was finished. He the I went into the dealership for a oil change last Saturday morning. I waited for two hours and Service Advisor stated that my car was finished. He then proceeded to tell me that my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicle needed 3 fan belts replaced, which would total $220.00. I'm not sure why he would tell me this, because my car has 1 serpentine belt not THREE. In addition to this, I recieved a second opinion from a Toyota dealership that found no deterioration of the serpentine belt. When I called to speak with the service advisor, he responded with: "well the technician must have confused your car with someone elses". I don't know if this kind of mistakes happen very often or just the fact that someplaces try to con a female coming into the dealership by herself. I certainly won't be returning to Sands Chevrolet. took my vehicle in for a oil change. after completed drove the vehicle 3 miles and the low oil presure light came on. returned the vehicle and asked to speek with the manager. well its been a few weeks drove the vehicle 3 miles and the low oil presure light came on. returned the vehicle and asked to speek with the manager. well its been a few weeks now and still no call from the manager. also the rotated and balanced my tire or so they say. I checked the tire presure and the front tires were fine but all 4 rear tires were at 26psi and needed to be at 60 psi. this is a place you can not trust! More
