Great Service team I returned to Sands Chevrolet and once again dealt with their great staff. I was teamed up with Jean again who is very outstanding at customer service I returned to Sands Chevrolet and once again dealt with their great staff. I was teamed up with Jean again who is very outstanding at customer service. Not only is she a professional but she is also friendly and caring. I had an appointment and was in and out sooner then I expected. Thank you Sands Chevrolet service team and a special thanks to Jean who is always a pleasure to deal with. Expensive but well worth it every time. Had a serious knock sensor problem and could not get through emissions. Bought sensors at orielly auto parts bwd brand and did all the work myself to Had a serious knock sensor problem and could not get through emissions. Decided go for it again because parts had lifetime warranty and codes came back a second time. After swallowing my pride I decided to take it to the good ol boys at sands Chevy. $900 bucks later my check engine light is off and trucks running great. Moral of the story buy factory parts only from dealer and yeah it may be expensive to have them do the work but you'll thank yourself down the road. 2002 Chevy avalanche. More

When does he think my rear window wiper "plastic piece" will be made available. Also, I would like to know if my wiper blades are covered by by the three year bumper to bumper warranty??? I used them yesterday in that driving rain and they were making a very "dry" moving sound. I have rarely used them in this 3 year period and I believe they are getting dried out. Please let me know.
