I purchased a Chevy Impala just over a month ago the check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 minutes to put on they charged 281.00 they were told not to touch the car and not remove any parts from it lying sack of trash did it anyway and threw the old part away I hope it was worth it.....I need another car you wont get my business I'll be going to Carvana kiss it More

Worst. Experience. Ever. Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I fina Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I finally got it in to the shop. It’s been over a month and we still don’t have our new car back yet!!!! They said it was ready, we went there to pick it up, it looked worse than before. Their Glendale collision shop did a horrible job and I cannot believe they were going to give me the car back to me like that. I’ve had 5 different managers apologize, say they will follow up, call me on this day, send me emails. Nothing! Going directly to GM to try and find answers. More

bullied i called to get a oil change and by the time i left i paid for a alignment and balance $195 dollars later the service writer was jean and she just kep i called to get a oil change and by the time i left i paid for a alignment and balance $195 dollars later the service writer was jean and she just kept on you need this you need that and new i was in a hurry to go to lunch with my granddaughter she just kept telling me i needed so much i did agree to the alignment but not the balance so i just moved to wickenburg and this was my closest dealership will not come here again More

Not completely honest Had my car in 3 times in a month for same issue. Said could not find anything wrong until the check engine light came on. By the time 3rd visit price Had my car in 3 times in a month for same issue. Said could not find anything wrong until the check engine light came on. By the time 3rd visit price tag was up to almost 4500.00 for new transmission. Which I feel could have been avoided after the 1st. Car is still doing some of the same things after replaced transmission. I called Sevier and they said I had to wait 1 to 2 thousand miles to get to go away. Hmm after 4500 dollars I would think it would work fine. I am going to get second opinion. I just find it funny when given a price quote starting at 2000 to 4000 dollars the repair cost the highest quote. Never go there again. FYI if say the codes came up on machine you should make sure that it is on work order. More

Great Service Team Sands service department is a team effort. Jean is the quarterback; as service advisor, she worked to get me the appointment time I needed, setup a m Sands service department is a team effort. Jean is the quarterback; as service advisor, she worked to get me the appointment time I needed, setup a meeting with the service tech to answer all my questions, provide a detailed cost estimate and obtain a loaner vehicle. Other "lineman" handled cashier and loaner vehicle details. All were friendly, very helpful, and attentive. More

Very bad experience more than once I would like to be able to go to a dealer that is not constantly trying to get me to pay to have them provide services which are not needed. Especiall I would like to be able to go to a dealer that is not constantly trying to get me to pay to have them provide services which are not needed. Especially when they use scare tactics to do so. Telling someone your lucky your wheels have not fallen off is not a good approach. I felt duped into purchasing new hubs for my truck when it drove just fine. Honesty is the best policy. It takes years to build trust and moments to destroy. I spoke with the service director at Sands Chevrolet Surprise and he did not help me or call me as he promised he would. Had my truck back three times now and brakes still squeal like a Mac truck coming to a stop. Another bad mark. I wish I could get a call from the GM at Sands or from.
