While my other vehicle was in for service, I planned to meet with Joe ro discuss options for the purchase or lease of a replacement vehicle. I selected a vehicle and Joe started the paperwork for purchase. We reached an agreement on the purchase of my 2018 Jeep Compass. Since the vehicle in for service was not the leased vehicle Joe drove me to my home to pick up that car. It was only after a couple hours of discussion, driving me to pick up the lease car and waiting for the paperwork to be prepared that Joe informed me it was his DAY OFF!!! He only came in to delivery a vehicle to another customer. Joe's approach during the entire process, from initial discussion to final purchase, was professional and low key nothing high pressure at all. He was only interested in my satisfaction as a customer. This is my 5th vehicle leased or purchased from Sands. I highly recommend Sands and Joe Lyons to any customer looking to lease or purchase a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge Ram vehicle. More

To all the husbands out there, did you you ever figure "the place to put my purse" would get you out of a low mileage great deal to a more expensive, basically brand new car?. LOL. Not only that, but that's what it felt like. If I didn't have a conscience, I'd give them a 1 star on price because the car wasn't free. More

After some negotiating, we came to an agreement and I had myself a new Jeep. My sales rep, Greg Seip was outstanding. He was courteous professional and patient with us throughout the entire process. Attentive, but no pressure. From Greg up to management and finance it was honestly a great experience. No silly games, no tricks. I can definitely recommend Greg and Sands to others. I bought my first Jeep Renegade from Tony and took the "Tony Test Drive". Absolutely LOVE the Renegade!!! The only reason I traded my old one in was because I wanted an automatic instead of manual. I didn't make an appointment, I didn't call ahead. Marty had no idea we were coming, what we were interested in and even if we would/could buy. I told Marty I was interested in the best deal he could give me of 4 different Jeeps. I told him that I had a favorite, but I absolutely must meet my intended monthly payment budget. Marty was quick to pull up the Cherokee I liked, ensuring that we could find a deal. He gave my trade in a quick look and we were off for a ride. Marty was eager to help me get into my dream Grand Cherokee and with a little wiggle and no hassles we made the deal. Given the late hour, I would need to sign and pick up my new car in 2 days. Here is what made Marty really special to us; he came in on his day off to ensure my paperwork was right for signing and to review all the techy items of my new car!! He didn't rush me and he took his time ensuring I knew how each new item on my vehicle worked. He is a gem.
