When I went to the dealership on Saturday morning, I arrived at 10 and was introduced to Jim who delivered the vehicle. Jim was was very helpful and knowledgeable. We looked over the vehicle and paperwork, worked with the amazing Finance Manager and I was out the door by 12. Everything was exactly as promised. John has answered every question I have had, even after delivery, quickly and efficiently. This has been the best car buying experience I’ve had. I highly recommend this team. More
When it comes to the service advisors there is poor communication really poor and lack of ownership in regards to getting back to the customer in a timely manner. I've been asking for a few months now what type of tires I can put on my Jeep and I have yet to this date got an response so I guess I'm just going to have to go to a tire shop and buy tires from them it's kind of sad that a Jeep dealer cannot give you accurate information on a Jeep. Knowing that I was ordering a new build the process wasn’t as professional as I was used to. I don’t like the approach of ‘this is what we will give you’. Charged for diag time without pre authorization, power steering concern left with no comment or concern. Vehicle was left for pick up with a large puddle of power steering fluid (ATF) beneath it. Service advisor had no additional comment, concern, was left to drive vehicle home with no power steering fluid. Took vehicle elsewhere, power steering line was diagnosed in minutes, parts ordered and repaired elsewhere. Had noted for service manager to contact me - still no contact.
