He was very professional, respectful and not pushy at all. He was very helpful over the phone so I decided to drive an hour to look at the van. When I got there I found him to be a lovely young man who understood how to be persistent but kind and funny. His good nature continued even though I did not buy the minivan that day. He told me that when I decided to come back if he was not there, he would turn over my information to one of his colleagues. But I wanted to make sure I worked with him, so I did come back the next day to purchase the chrysler. It was a very comfortable experience and having owned and operated several businesses that dealt in sales, I would definitely hire Tony as an employee. More

He went above and beyond in customer service, I would go back and ask specifically for him. I bought a used car for my daughter and when went to pick it up, he was very attentive to her and answered all of her questions. Tony even went so far as to dye the floor mats for her- a little detail but extremely appreciated. He treated the whole transaction as if he were buying the car for his own family. It was mostly due to a specific sales person Tony Bittenbender, and they had what I was looking for.. Tony was personable and had a great attitude and during is test drive he was teaching me stuff about the Wrangler that I did not know about.. surprising considering I already own 2 Rubicon's.. Tony calls it "Tony's Test Drive" And I can say for myself.. if you are considering a new car find Tony at the dealership and take his Test Drive..
