We purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander from Sands a year and a half ago. We recently started having major engine problems. After taking it to a local mechanic, they told us we had major engine failure which wou a half ago. We recently started having major engine problems. We obviously were upset given that this car was only 18 months from when we purchased it and only had 60k miles on it. Sands towed the vehicle to their dealer and after review suggested I call Jeep directly because I was dealing with a Jeep warranty/recall issue. Russ from Sands went above and beyond to help us. He got us a rental car so we were able to transport our two young children while they were working on our Jeep. He also had numerous conversations with Jeep on our behalf and eventually got it so that Jeep covered our issues under the warranty. This was a huge deal to us because we otherwise would not have a working car. I have never had a mechanic with such good customer service and genuine care to help his customers. Our opinion of Sands has definitely changed and we would absolutely recommend them to others for service. More

Derek Bast put a lot of time and effort into finding our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Off Road Package we needed. It was such a nice and happy experience. As soon as I walked to the entrance immediately I was greeted kindly and enthusiastically by a wonderful sales lady, Jeannie. Then she golf carted us right out to look at the vehicles, cool got a ride too. She offered finance options, promotions, everything right off with no hard core pressure which would have been a total turn off. Instead it was fun, relaxing, educational experience...All sales persons should be like this. I left with knowledge and a chance to discuss and think about the different vehicles again no pressure. Paperwork was provided which I was able to fill out at my leisure. When we made the decision and came back to test drive again a friendly welcome and vehicle was already waiting for our inspection and drive on Saturday. By Monday nite truck was cleaned up and finance processed with a friendly and efficient finance dept representative Jason, even got a tour of the service establishment and insite on the services by your sales lady while we waited. Incredibly quick and with ease we are now proud owners of a new Dodge Ram Truck, perfect.
