Jeep Steering Issue I've had problems with my steering since I bought my new Wrangler. Service I made an appointment to see why check engine light was on and was told that I needed a catalytic converter and that it was not covered by my warranty I made an appointment to see why check engine light was on and was told that I needed a catalytic converter and that it was not covered by my warranty. I then called the dealership where I purchased the car and questioned them as to why it was not covered and was told that it should be but, to be sure, I should call and get the part number and call to verify. He gave me the number to call and then I called Sands for the part number. The lady who answered told me that she couldn’t get it for me, and that the person I was assigned to wasn’t there, but assured me that the service manager would call me back by the next day and explain why it wasn’t covered. I repeated that I only wanted the part number and she said he’d give it to me. The next day I received a voice message, not from a manager, but from the original person that I was assigned to who said that she saw that I made several inquiries (I only called them once for the part number) and that she had told me several times that it would not be covered. I did not appreciate the attitude I was given. All in all, Sands is okay but a little more training in customer service is needed. More
