Customer for 30 yrs but will never return. Purchased 3 vehicles and then got scammed by service dept not once but this was second time. Wont recommend anyone to Sands again. I used to highly Purchased 3 vehicles and then got scammed by service dept not once but this was second time. Wont recommend anyone to Sands again. I used to highly recommend Sands but that wont happen again. Last time I was told I needed new tires 3 monthes earlier had purchased tires from Sands and they installed- let it go. But this time came in for inspection- failed inspection being told needed Shocks and had major oil leak- both lies. Got another opinion- absolutely nothing wrong saved myself $3,000.00 by knowing about vehicles. They saw dumb blonde they could take advantage of- The vehicle only has 39,000 miles still breaking it in. Within a year was looking to get another Jeep passing this one to my son. I wont be coming to Sands for it. If only Sands was honest would actually get more business the losing business and losing a referral business. Also was charged for oil change which signs showed oil wasnt changed- but you charged me for an oil change. I am sure this will go no where but I had to let you know what happened. More

I brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler in for servicing an oil leak that supposedly was corrected by Tate Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership in Frederick MD. After extensive work was done the problem was not resolved leak that supposedly was corrected by Tate Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership in Frederick MD. After extensive work was done the problem was not resolved.I’ve brought my Jeep to Sands for the same reason more than once . Extensive work was done at Sands, and the last time my car was in your shop it was there for about a month. The problem with the oil leak has not been resolved. I contacted Larry yesterday and I will be bringing the Jeep in on Monday. So it stands to reason why I’m not a satisfied customer and have little confidence in the service I’ve received at the two Dealerships I’ve used. I brought my Jeep to a Jeep Dealership because it’s a Jeep, A JEEP!! Please correct the problem. More
