Service is always an issue every time I go to Sands Jeep. I will no longer be using their service department. Misinformation over two incidents which resulted in wasting my time dropping off my Jeep. They make a mistake twice but don’t own up to it or make it right. Asked to have a General manager call me but that never happened. I guess I’m not worth their time. Sands is no longer worth my time either. More

Could not complete service due to staffing issues. Poor communication. Took my my 2017 ram in with a common water leak issue that these trucks have, paid 200,and change for a new third brake light which i already replaced the seal on.
