It is a wonder how Sandy Sansing could have stayed in business. as long as it has. It must be the sales area because the service struggles with honesty. We have now tried 3 different locations for 3 diff business. as long as it has. It must be the sales area because the service struggles with honesty. We have now tried 3 different locations for 3 different makes of vehicle and in each case the price quoted for non-exploratory work was substantially different from the bill. Moreover an appointment means nothing. Waiting 4 hours and the repair wasn't even started with a scheduled appointment. The quoted price on the phone was $500 for a battery and billed $625. These are the reasons "dealer service" has a bad rap. For over 50 years I have been using dealer service and nothing can match the disappointment of this dealer. We will continue to us dealer service, we will just have to travel to do so. More

Disappointed! Salesperson was anything but honest. Bought the car in spite of him. Dealer will not call you back, and you can’t seem to reach a manager. Dealer pu Salesperson was anything but honest. NO ONE will call you back! I fixed the quarter panel but I still have same heat. Issue. They will not replace it even though I’ve had it checked by Midas and other stores that say it is totally the wrong muffler. More
We have been Sandy Sansing customers for over 20 years - last month we paid cash for a used vehicle - yesterday received a letter from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet saying "Thank you for applying to us for auto f last month we paid cash for a used vehicle - yesterday received a letter from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet saying "Thank you for applying to us for auto financing. After carefully reviewing your application, we are sorry to advise you that we cannot provide credit to you at this time." We did not apply for credit - we paid cash. When I asked the customer service manager why I received this letter I was told it was standard due to government regulations, etc. Sounds like xx to me. Then I was told the finance guy (who was new to the job) made a mistake and did not check "cash" on the paperwork. I'm concerned this incident will affect my credit score and asked for a meeting with Mr. Sansing. The customer service manager flatly refused to even contact Mr. Sansing saying he does not meet with customers. Wow - what a mess. Hard to believe Mr. Sansing would not want to be aware of situations like this since it affects the reputation of his business. More
