Their service over thpast year plus since buying my chevy re-enforces this 5 star rating. Being met by Nick, appointment for servicing done and back on the road as advertised! Chevy drives and handles and the gas mileage even better than ads showed. Reason is the dinner invited to as a new car owner and staff in each area explained in detail what the dealership could offer and in the end our auto would be worth the additional trade-in offer down the road. Nick requested by myself for my wife's SUV peace of mind has personally handles our every requested warranty service, and ensure our extended vacation last year in June of 14 western states and our 49th Anniversary was a great pleasure. So this next trip and the reason for my requesting a 4 wheel alignment just to make it a comfortable ride for our upcoming 27 May 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary seeing family in the Smokeys is made special with Nick's reassurance tire rotation and alignment and of course my current 33.3 mpg average makes me happy that I got our chevy from Sandy Sansing Chevy. Thank Nick for his professional outstanding customer service. I told Nick I always felt my first "brand new chevy", would be from Mr. Sansing's dealership. As a Lieutenant stationed at NAS Pensacola back after a overseas, returned in time to help raise funds for The Vietnam War Memorial 1/2 replica built and dedicated in 1992. Mr. Sansing was the second person based on his personal reputation supporting veterans and any number of charties donated to our bringing the Wall to Pensacola when I explained the cause and goal. The first donation was from a veteran of the Vietnam War as an advisor in Army and worked for a veterans owned company. Mr. Sandy as far as I'm concerned is the most patriotic, loyal, honest car dealership I've had the pleasure buying from the service and staff are second to none in this vet's opinion.
