This was the worst experience I have ever had, at this dealership in the last 4 years. Total mechanic I do not care attitude,,He spilled oil all over my truck engine and made NO attempt to clean it up,,no dealership in the last 4 years. I brought my 2021 Wrangler in for a whining noise coming from the rear end (DRIVETRAIN). Before coming in I checked the rear gear oil and found it 1/2 quart low. I topped it off with the Mopar recommended f from the rear end (DRIVETRAIN). Before coming in I checked the rear gear oil and found it 1/2 quart low. I topped it off with the Mopar recommended fluid and it still made the same noise. There was, as confirmed by the dealership, no sign of a leak anywhere. They pulled the rear cover and found no signs of trouble. They replaced the cover and charged me $150 for 2 quarts of oil and put in an additive that was not recommended per the Jeep owners manual. They never addressed the issue of where the 1/2 quart of oil went and ended up charging me $357.65 for a rear differential oil change. NOT happy at all! At the very least, drive train noise should have been covered under the warranty as the Jeep has only 55,000 miles. More

My family and I have bought most our cars through milton dodge. I went to sandy sansing dodge and got another used ram this time. When I was waiting on signing for the truck a manager came out and I signed a tablet and he left. I waited to go back and go over everything like normal. They came out and have me the truck. I said what about signing and he said I did. They will send me the papers in the email. Nothing came i called and nothing. Asked about my tag nothing. I called a month later and nothing so I asked them to print it out they didnt like that but did it. Now a month and a half no tag still. I finally got someone to return my call and gave me some bullcrap excuse. Still no tag. I talked to my salesman about a radio not working when I bought it and he said we will getbit taken care of. I finally got them to schedule it and when they talked to the sales manger they to me they will not take care of it. They are nothing but liars and thieves. The stupid salesman wont even return my calls or messages. Stay away from any sandy saning lots and dont by their extended warranty its a xxxx joke and they get alot of money off them and they won't fix anything. So needless to say my family of four that loves dodge will never step foot back in this xxx place. My brother inlaws family of four that buys dodge will never step in sandy sansing any longer. My 10 friends at work that found out about how we were treated at work will never shop at sandy sansing. Plus alot more. All I wanted was to be treated with respect but all you are to them is a paycheck they dont care about what xxxx you buy. They are shady. They push crap on you after making promises. Oh yeah one last thing before I go to other platforms. This all started with my son and the lies the manger told me about service on his car. Their manger is a liar he prays on people. He told me that my sons car would be fixed no matter what that they got rid of the old extended warranty because they sucked and pushed the new one on me. After I bought it they did not fix my sons car but made him pay 3800.00 to fix it whe he bought it from them and let than 5000 miles on it. I say their inspections on cars suck. They dont want to lose money. Please if you but a used car take it to a mechanic before you trust them. Hill kelly will get all our business from now on. More
I have not been in one, but I can only imagine a holding cell to be like the waiting room of this dealership. More outdoor seating is needed.
