At the appointment date we showed up, checked in and the desk writer told us he didn’t think they had the part to repair the recall. The he looked at the distance we traveled and said “we’ll, since you traveled from such long distance, let me see what we can do for you”. As if he was doing us a favor. Three hours later he called to inform us that it was done, finished. I ask you, can we trust this service department? More
