Unsatisfactory customer service experience Unfortunately, this dealership is the only one closest to NAS Pensacola so I had to bring in my car for the regular maintenance workup. I was stunned Unfortunately, this dealership is the only one closest to NAS Pensacola so I had to bring in my car for the regular maintenance workup. I was stunned with the estimates I thought it's too high but I went ahead and agreed with the workup. When I picked up my car I was expecting that my car would be washed and vacuumed. Since I paid almost $900 for the job (without any %discount or whatsoever), I thought washing/vacuuming my car is the least they can do to show that 'outstanding customer care' is part of their service. When I have my car service in CA dealership, they always wash/vacuum my car even just for an oil change. Sansing Nissan does not live up to my quality service expectations and I feel they are after your money. More
