Recently, we replaced our old Murano with a new 2018 Murano and were dazzled by the customer service, which was over-the-top! Gary Palmer, our sales consultant, demonstrated agile customer-led interaction with expertise and proficiency. Liz sent me several emails, called 6 times in one day the put her heavy DeMarcus salesman on it true to car salesman fashion he talked a good game pressured me into filing out an application so he could run my credit called me back and said my manager found a car for you 2018, but banks are closed I don’t want a computer to read this so I’ll process it the morning but I’m sure we can help you . He called me the next day said we need more either a co signet or money to go with trade which I had already told him I didn’t have. When I told him AGAIN I couldn’t do that he buy me off said have a nice dau no well left me see if we have something I can put you in or transfer you to used cars.
