When I made it to my appointment, I sat there for over an hour because the person my appointment was with was "busy" helping another customer. I left without anyone else asking to help me. Later that day I got a text asking if I had made it to the dealership and I responded with "I sat there for over an hour without any help, I will take my business elsewhere". Then I received another text from Cindy Mcreaney, the nicest car delearship employee I have ever met. She apologised to me and offered to help me in any way she could. I don't have the best credit and didn't even know if I could get a newer car. She went way above and beyond to help get me a new car. Ahe spent three days talking to me and different banks, trying to get everything worked out so I could get something. Then she text me with the good news, she got me approved, with a loan I was comfortable with and payment a I could afford. I would greatly recommend going to Dr her, because she not only care a about her job, but to go above and beyond for one person, she cares about her customers too. More
