Rude and Disrespectful I had my car flooded in 2014 while I was pregnant with my daughter. I went to Nissan bc I had never had problems with them when buying a car. This tim I had my car flooded in 2014 while I was pregnant with my daughter. I went to Nissan bc I had never had problems with them when buying a car. This time HUGE mistake. I foun f a used Jeep with little to no miles on it and we used that would be a great suv to have for my growing family. Test drove it and loved it. Brought my car home and about a week later the transmission went out. About a month after having the car my axle broke while I was driving down the road in the middle of the night home from work and my breaks went out. All i wanted after that was for Nissan to make tho vs right. They never did...all they told me was "this isn't Wal-Mart you can't just return something and get your money back whenever you want." They lost my business afyer that....i eventually went and bought another SAFER and RELIABLE car from another dealership. I'm just writing this review bc I figured that other people should know not to buy a used car from Sandy Samsung Nissan. Everyone with the exception of one person was rude and disrespectful towards me and my mom including the assistant sales manager bc the sales manager was in a meeting.... More

My time at the Nissan dealership When I decided to trade my car in, I didn't know what to choose but they worked with me to find what car I liked and the price I wanted or could affor When I decided to trade my car in, I didn't know what to choose but they worked with me to find what car I liked and the price I wanted or could afford. They showed me what cars they had in the lot and gave me details about the cars...I saw one I really liked and they let me test drive it and it pretty much went from there. They were extremely friendly, nice and genuine. I sincerely enjoyed my time there at the dealership and would be happy to visit again. More
