On the 29th I wrote a review singing this place's praises, but I cannot in good conscience leave that review after what took place today (Feb 11th). My dealer, Bob Folker, was phenomenal, and I have praises, but I cannot in good conscience leave that review after what took place today (Feb 11th). My dealer, Bob Folker, was phenomenal, and I have nothing against him. If you're going to go here, I would ask for Bob directly. Bob is the only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1. On the 29th I went in to buy a vehicle. They ran into a few snags while I was there, and after a couple of hours, Sean (the finance guy) came running out proudly stating he had secured a loan if I was good with the car he got the loan for. Bob stepped away after I looked the vehicle over because now it was time to sit down with finance and sign everything. I had asked repeatedly out of nerves, excitement, and disbelief, "It's really mine? It's a done deal? This is it?" My grandfather gifted me the down payment, and he even asked if everything was squared away before he gave his card info because he wanted to make sure it was a done deal. We both were told yes. Yes, it's good; yes, it's set. I learned today that was not the case. Despite the question being asked repeatedly, the financing people slipped a "spot delivery" form into the mix, so while I was told to my face financing was good and secured...it actually wasn't. They sent me off the lot thinking I owned a new car, but it wasn't mine, and due to their failure to actually secure the loan, I would either have to return the vehicle, get a co-signer, or put more money down. I was lucky enough to be able to get a loan through my own bank, but I shouldn't have had to jump through these hoops to begin with, especially 12 days after the initial sale. The fact that I was told to my face, "Everything's good," but in the paperwork was a small little form that says they don't ACTUALLY have approval seems questionable to me and to my grandfather. I am a veteran that deals with anxiety, and while that may not mean much to some, it was a huge step for me to car shop without any support. Dominic assured me Bob was not at fault for the financing "misshap," and he did apologize. I received free oil change vouchers. They refunded the down payment from my grandfather. They told me I'd be getting some money back, so we'll see how that goes. I do feel Dominic (I think he was a manager) tried to correct the mistake as best he could; I just hope the behavior in the financing department gets addressed properly. Check your paperwork because, based on the phone call I had with a woman in the main office, it isn't uncommon for them to put it into the paperwork (spot delivery agreement), especially for "after-hour approvals." I learned that "more often than not." The pre-approval sticks, and there is no reason to worry, but every now and then they have to call (like with me) and say, "Sorry, financing fell through." Unfortunately, I would not take it at face value from the financing team if they say "you're good" or "it's done," because that is what I did, and it resulted in an extremely rough, panic-filled day. I just purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Sandy Sansing Nissan in Pensacola, and it was hands-down one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. This is actually my second vehicle from Keith, and o Nissan in Pensacola, and it was hands-down one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. This is actually my second vehicle from Keith, and once again, he delivered exceptional service. Keith is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. He took the time to understand what I needed in the Pathfinder and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The sales manager, Joel, was equally fantastic—he worked with us to secure a great deal without any high-pressure tactics. Everyone on the staff was friendly, authentic, and easy to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, which is rare in car dealerships these days. The team built real trust from the start, and the entire experience felt straightforward and transparent. If you're in the market for a Nissan, I highly recommend Sandy Sansing Nissan—ask for Keith and Joel. You won't be disappointed! Already loving my new Pathfinder. Thanks again to the whole team! More

I was downsizing my vehicle from a Scatpack Charger to a Rogue (same year, 2023) because I am getting too old to be driving that kind of vehicle. Went to Sandy Sansing Nissan and test drove car. Sales perso Rogue (same year, 2023) because I am getting too old to be driving that kind of vehicle. Went to Sandy Sansing Nissan and test drove car. Sales person Dave said they were different than other Dealers and if I made my decision they would have me out of there quickly because they were a "Volume Dealer". Made decision at 4:45 and they started paperwork. back and forth a couple of times for more info and to sign first document but then at 6:30 I stopped the new gut that took over from my original salesman to say what is going on and he said working on it. He brought new car out so I could move stuff between cars but still waiting. This is when I am told them I only had one key and I would have to drop off second key for my car the next day. I was told Finance working on it still at this time. I was pacing al around and was offered drinks but soon! At about 7PM I was down by Finance offices and I asked about the second key for the used car and was told then I was getting only one key but they gave me info where I could but a second one for about $300-$350. Was told paperwork almost done. This more than 3 hours in first time I have not got 2 keys for any car I bought in the last 20 years but too late to do much about it My old car gone my stuff in new car and waiting to just get out of there.7:20 I go to Finance and sign everything but ask about Certified Used status and if they had docs about what else that covered and was told paperwork all done like it was not a Certified Used car so had to do it all again. Finally got out of there on this Thursday night at 8:05 with everyone running out of the place because it was so late. Hatting all of them by now and sick of apologies. Not quick, not easy and my first act was to pay $305 for a second key for my new car and now today 19 days after my old car still not paid off and I had to make a payment or be late for old loan hurting my credit score I worked so hard to get it 800+. If I could reverse everything I would in a second! Was told last week General Manager would call me to see what he could do to make this right. Still waiting. I guess this is going be as quick and professional like this whole transaction now a week after I was told that. Should have just gone to Carvana and will next time! Car bought 10/16/25, still not paid off 11/5/25. More
