We were on way home from a camping trip towing a fifthwheel, experienced a sever downshift, suspected a faulty TCM, got vehicle to dealer on a Monday, dealer ordered part and had us back on the road fifthwheel, experienced a sever downshift, suspected a faulty TCM, got vehicle to dealer on a Monday, dealer ordered part and had us back on the road by noon Tuesday just like they promised.
