Very Dissappointed with Sansone I purchased my Hyundai elantra on 9/7/2015, It is now 10/6/2015 and my temporary plate and registration expires today. As of yet I haven't received my I purchased my Hyundai elantra on 9/7/2015, It is now 10/6/2015 and my temporary plate and registration expires today. As of yet I haven't received my New Jersey plates that I paid for in advance and the registration. I have contacted the dealership several times about this and get no satisfaction. The last time I spoke with them on Friday 10/2/2015 I was told by the young lady that answered for Ben Hughette that the paper work had just arrived in finance and that my plates would be sent out by Fed EX and I would have them before 10/6/2015, today is 10/6/2015 and I have no plates. This car should not be left out on the street without a valid registration and proper plates. Today I called Kevin Moore at 12:46 PM and was told he would get right back to me, it is now2:18 PM and no response from him. I would like a total refund of the price I paid for the service of them getting my plates from motor vehicles minus the cost of the actual registration. I will never come back to Sansone Hyundai again to purchase a car and would not recommend them to anyone. 10/7/2015 Finally got my license plates 30 days after buying car and one day after temporary plates expired. I thank them for overnighting the plates but am still disappointed in the long wait. I know other people who just bought new cars elsewhere and got plates in 2 weeks or less. I got 1 year of free oil changes but I am considering not even using them because I am that disappointed with the dealership. I would hope that not everyone has this same experience as I did. More

Tom is the BEST! Tom was by far the most respectful, professional and thorough salesman I have ever met (in a dealership). I came to Sansone Hyundai pretty discouraged as I had had a VERY miserable experience at another dealership (not a Hyundai) 2 weeks prior and had honestly expected the same treatment (thinking all dealerships are the same). To my surprise, everyone at Hyundai was so accomdating and honestly want to work with you to make the best deal. Tom's expertise was flawless, he knew the ins and outs of the car, and literally spent a significant amount of time explaining every little detail, including walking me through every package, all the components of the warranty, service schedule, manuals, tour of the dealership, etc. It was amazing, I was quite pleased with his professionalism. The most important thing to note is how much Tom wanted me to walk out there a satisfied customer at all costs and was determined to make a great deal. It was a better deal then i ever imagine. I am the happiest customer ever! I've already been telling friends and family about this dealership and how awesome Tom Peoples is! No need to go anywhere else. This is a honest man you can trust and a great dealership! More
