I don't know who's writing these 5 star reviews, but the sales team couldn't be more rude and condescending for no reason. When they tried to sell me the more expensive car $10,000 higher than my budget I sales team couldn't be more rude and condescending for no reason. I've been with Sansone Jr for roughly 7 years. I usually have great things to say but this past experience i had with the service department was very disappointing. Granted i was a little late for I usually have great things to say but this past experience i had with the service department was very disappointing. Granted i was a little late for my appointment (15mins)- tried calling but all i got was a automated recording- i waited 2 hours! There was 4 other people ahead of me. They were all out in an hour but me....i was sitting patiently as others were walking in being helped and updated. I understand that with Covid alot of places are shorthanded but not once did anyone update me on what was going on with my car. And they ask if you want your car washed while its there and i did but when i got to my car - it was not. I get it - but all i ask is that i got an update that way i could've called work earlier to let them know i was going to be late but that was not the situation. More
