I went to five different dealers and Sansone Jr Kia was the only one I got this from. The salesman was deceptive (just really not very good at it) but friendly. The sales "manager" I met with was a long list of negative adjectives I won't get into. Bottom line, after two hours, I left without test driving the model I told them I was there to see or EVEN A PRICE ON IT. Was told by the "manager" that I wasn't going to get anyone's real price because I wasn't "making a commitment"...what does that even mean? Well, sporto, 24 hours later, I sitting here in my new Huyndai. Thanks. More

Things were going smooth. Because I would not sign right then and there, they brought out the manager for an introduction. He was the most rude, disrespectful person I have ever done business with. I was reprimanded for wasting their time and was told I do not talk numbers with people unless I am ready to sign. Immediately was turned off by the experience and rushed out. Would never go back! Other car buyers beware! If you don't play by their rules, you will be put down and scolded for wasting their time! More
