Best car service experience of my life We just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Windsor Nissan a couple of months ago and drove enough to need its first oil change, so we scheduled an appointm We just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Windsor Nissan a couple of months ago and drove enough to need its first oil change, so we scheduled an appointment with the dealer for early morning. Creating the appointment was quick and easy. When I drove up at 8:25 for an 8:30 appointment, I was immediately greeted by Steve, the Service Manager, who told me it should be done in an hour, so I decided to wait. Having waited for MANY service appointments with other cars and dealerships in the past, I braced myself for a potential marathon for so simple a service on a new car. However, at 8:45, Steve told me the car was ready and I was sure he was calling for someone else, even though there was only one other person in the waiting area. I have never seen a dealership operate so quickly and efficiently and value my time as much as this. In less than an hour after leaving my home, I was back with the car and ready to begin work. Absolutely incredible job and I greatly appreciate the service and will absolutely be back. More

With my very limited budget they helped me to save a lot of money on repairs and to keep my old car in a good shape. After being wrongly charged and mistreated by the other Nissan dealers in my area I decided to stay with Windsor Nissan. Terrible service department. I bought a pre owned Maxima in January of this year with a 3 year 36000 warranty. The car buying experience was actually great. About 3 months I broug I bought a pre owned Maxima in January of this year with a 3 year 36000 warranty. The car buying experience was actually great. About 3 months I brought the car in for service because I was having a problem with the power steering. When I brought the car to service, I told them that I suspected it was the power steering pump. Which would have been covered under my warranty. After they took all day to diagnose the problem they told me it wasn't the pump and charged me $600 for lines and fluid. 2 days later I was having the same exact problem that I was having before. I brought the car back. Now this time, they tell me that the pump needs to be replaced. And that's it's covered under warranty. A $1000 job. So they basically made $1600 for a power steering pump. That's basically the last time I've been there. More

Amazing service On my most recent trip to the dealership I had no choice but to go on a Saturday and bring my two young children with me. While in the waiting room, S On my most recent trip to the dealership I had no choice but to go on a Saturday and bring my two young children with me. While in the waiting room, Steve the shop foreman came in with balloons for the kids. Besdies the fact that the service was faster then I could have imagined on a Saturday it was an extremely pleasant experience from the moment I pulled into the service drive till my keys were handed back to me by the cashier. The service advisor Kara was wonderful as well. I felt as though my kids and I were welcomed into a family, not a car dealership. More
