My husband, Carlos and I, needed a new car....we decided to go look at the Mazdas since we have never owned a Mazda before.....and they have good reviews. He was very friendly and was not pushy....which is what we like....after he explained a few features on the car, he left us alone to browse some more. He told us that he would be inside if we need any more information. We eventually went inside to speak to Shadi and he was very helpful. He answered all our questions, from the purchase price to the trade-in deal to the warranty on the new car. He made us feel like we were not getting ripped off, which many dealers try to do to the customers. If we ever need to buy another car, I would work with Shadi again..... More

I recently visited this dealership having been to a few beforehand and i can honestly say that this place was a refreshing change. Shadi in particular came out to meet me whilst i was mulling over some of beforehand and i can honestly say that this place was a refreshing change. I liked the fact that he made the process enjoyable and quick - he certainly didn't fit the normal stereotype. To top it off i visited again recently to look at cars for my wife and he remembered my name. Only a small detail but just goes to show the level of professionalism.
