I own a 2021 for a few years now and have had such a wonderful experience with my vehicle so far and with the employees at Sansone Mazda when I need to bring in my vehicle for routine service. Always have a wonderful experience specifically with Alex Maisonet. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. She always takes the time to throughly explain the process, and addresses all my concerns. It’s rare to find such dedication and customer service in this industry, and I am grateful to have had such a positive experience with Alex! I will definitely be returning to Mazda to purchase my next vehicle when my lease is up :) More
