Facing some issue with the car, it is auto turning off and going into neutral at the stop signs, but Jaime Dubin, the mechanic, doesn't want to see the vehicle without the video proof. He is asking me to record this random behavior on the camera. He kept the car for more than 2 hours and drove just 5 miles and said nothing wrong with the car. Such pathetic customer service. He was rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend your dealership to anyone. More
