Poor Customer Service - Paint Peeling off after 2 Months! I purchased a new 2019 4Runner in February with a Black Out Package. I will never go to Toyota of Santa Cruz again. Turns out the TRD Pro Black Rims w I purchased a new 2019 4Runner in February with a Black Out Package. I will never go to Toyota of Santa Cruz again. Turns out the TRD Pro Black Rims were the only OEM Toyota part used. After just 2 1/2 months the paint started to peel off the front valence. When I contacted them about it I found out the black out parts were just spray painted by an outside vendor, not dealer installed like they told me! I insisted on OEM Toyota black parts being installed because that's what I paid for. They flat out refused. I gave them the option of a refund instead, they refused. Their customer service is awful, and having parts poorly spray painted on a brand new vehicle is a recipe for complaints. More
