Jim then proceeded to introduce himself and asked if I already knew about the different Highlander models. After I shared that I knew some information but would like to review it again, Jim was very kind and provided information about all the features as we viewed the vehicle. I appreciated Jim's dedication to provide information and relate with me. He made me feel very comfortable and equipped me with the information I needed to made a decision.
