I felt that in every way, the service was as good as it could be. My adviser was very upfront, which I appreciated, and definitely kept on my case, the clean up and repair needed because of the rodent dam could be. My adviser was very upfront, which I appreciated, and definitely kept on my case, the clean up and repair needed because of the rodent damage was extensive and took time, but was done thoroughly and well, especially given how difficult it is to find and get the rodent, and to locate all the damaged wires, plugged up vents etc (with nesting material gleaned from the insulation), and so on. Everyone was helpful and polite, including the free shuttle service and drivers. More
