Staff were kind and management should figure out why they overbooked on some days creating a basic maintenance to take six hours. After service warranty expires , I will go elsewhere. I did ask about oil ser overbooked on some days creating a basic maintenance to take six hours. After service warranty expires , I will go elsewhere. I did ask about oil service and was again advised every 10k miles. The extended service warranty for $429 included 5 oil changes, one every 5k miles…What- you just told me every 10k. Not a good feeling about this More

Bought my Toyota here and have had almost all the maintenance done here too. Very happy with the service. Service manager always calls with issues or concerns. My last visit with a Service Manager na maintenance done here too. Very happy with the service. Service manager always calls with issues or concerns. My last visit with a Service Manager named Kyle was excellent. My check engine light came on. Ended up being due to a loose gas cap and he ended up not charging me for the diagnostic scan which I really appreciated. More
