My daughter & I feel secure with Toyota Service center to get things done! We are enrolled in the maintenance program for our Toyota Yaris & Sienna Van. On this last visit, I appreciate the picture showing me the dirty cabin air filter so that I could decide what to do about fixing the problem. I don't like it when service centers try to up sell on repair items that don't need fixing or to take advantage of vulnerable customers to make more money. We really like the Toyota crew & how they take care of their customers. They have real good snacks (popcorn & cookies) for the customers. The shuttle van drivers, who drop off &/or pick-up when the car is at the service center, they are so personable and delightful. Really happy with Santa Cruz Toyota in Capitola. More
