The service advisors were fine. It’s very disappointing that what I dropped my car off to fix is still having issues. I have to drop my car off again, and I asked about a loaner, It’s very disappointing that what I dropped my car off to fix is still having issues. I have to drop my car off again, and I asked about a loaner, since my car is under warranty, but I am told loaners are not covered. It is not what I would call exceptional service since they failed to fix the issue from the start, and it is an inconvenience for me to have to come back and drop my car off again… More

I like Santa Cruz, Toyota. I use them all the time. They’re very good about texting and giving updates and checking with me before they do extra work. Nice guys & women in the I use them all the time. They’re very good about texting and giving updates and checking with me before they do extra work. Nice guys & women in the service department last year one woman helped me with my annoying multi purpose info-tainment screen. She solved the problem no one else could solve. Very grateful to her. But this time the BILL did creep-up WAY higher than I thought it would. But I really trust the work they do. More
