If buying a new BMW, once the warranty has expired use Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by als Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by also replacing the battery under the hood. BMW dealer was unable to solve the problem twice, dead BMW 3X. If a towing company can solve the problem, why are trained BMW mechanics unable to solve the problem? More

Website is a nightmare specially when it comes to service, tire center and pricing. Never works, it almost look like a scam I get those texts with offers and service prices when I take the car for th service, tire center and pricing. Check engine light website $110 when you take car to the dealership they tell you $220. Oil change website$ 79.95 dealership $99.99 it’s just ridiculous and misleading your customers. More

The service representative did not return our repeated calls for help and we had to put out a call for help to his supervisor. Following the service, we tried to get some information but, once again, no return call. We wrote the dealership manager a personal note but he did not care enough to respond. More
