If buying a new BMW, once the warranty has expired use Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by als Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by also replacing the battery under the hood. BMW dealer was unable to solve the problem twice, dead BMW 3X. If a towing company can solve the problem, why are trained BMW mechanics unable to solve the problem? More

Following the service, we tried to get some information but, once again, no return call. We wrote the dealership manager a personal note but he did not care enough to respond. More
