I have purchased 3 vehicles because the Fleet manager is great. Service department is terrible. Last purchase was a 2020 f150. I purchased both 100000 mile pre ium extended warranty and 100000 mile full m great. Service department is terrible. Last purchase was a 2020 f150. I purchased both 100000 mile pre ium extended warranty and 100000 mile full maintenance. Took. Vehicle today for oild changes and air filer and other necessary repairs. Was told by service writer I was wrong even though I have the contract. Next call is to the bureau of automotive repair and dmv investigations. Done with these clowns More

Even though they were local to me, SM Ford was worth the extra drive.....these folks get it done! Joseph and Jeff were a tremendous help assisting me in a Mustang RAV case, exchanging one for an alike model. That experience went so well I decided to order a new Maverick, my first ever custom built vehicle. Took exactly 3 months from the date it was ordered to be built to the date it was delivered to the dealership. MSRP as promised, no B.S. markups or gimmicks and the day it arrived they were already doing the PDI. Financing was smooth, price, interest rate and terms were exactly where I needed to be. More
